Qingdao Hanil Precision Industry Co., Ltd.

Founded in 1997, Qingdao Hanil Precision Industry Co., Ltd is located in the beautiful costal city - Qingdao, less than 10 km away from Qingdao international airport, and characterized by the convenient sea, road and air transportation. It covers an area of 33, 000(16, 600 of building area), is a South Korean wholly-owned enterprise with collection of research and development, design, manufacturing, trade and transportation.

HANIL, which introduced advanced Korean management expertise, has the first-class Korean design team. Work ethos of "1% instruction, 99% confirmation" is inherited and used to guide every process in production. In 2009, Japanese government approved HANIL as R-grade steel structure fabrication factory for construction. Therefore, Hanil is awarded as a production base for constructional steel structure, owning excellent welding technique and quality management system.

Development History

In 1997, Hanil established the company in Licang district, Qingdao and started production of Reefer Container Door Panels Plastic Extrusions(PE&PVC)

In 2006, Hanil relocated to Konggang Industrial Complex near Qingdao international airport (Total Area: 33, 000, Building Area: 16, 000)

In 2008, Hanil Started the production of Special Containers and Steel Structures

In 2009, Hanil acquired JIS Certificate ′R′ grade of Japanese Steel Structure Plant

In 2010, Hanil started the production of containers for Japanese architecture

In 2010, Hanil acquired the Certificate of Works Approval (CCC&CSC) for ISO containers and the Certificate of Manufacturing Process for Cargo Container from KR

In 2011, Hanil started the production of special containers for Amerian customers and Korean customers

In 2013, Hanil acquired the Certificate of ISO 9001 and the "DNV" Welding Skill Certificate Identified by "Lloyd Register"

In 2014, Hanil is awarded JIS certificate ′R′grade again after successful recertification

In 2015, Hanil started the prodution of containers for Korean architecture

In 2018, Hanil is awarded JIS welding qualification certificate after successful recertification

1. Providing about 1000 units storage containers and more than 10000 constructional containers for Japanese Company every year.

2. Providing about 500 units special containers for U. S. Customers.

3. Provided 500 units specialized cargo containers for Samsung & Hyundai

In Korea in 2011

4. Provided 74 units movable seweage treatment containers for Japan Ground Self-defense Force in 2012.

5. Provided 256 units hotel containers and constructional house containers for Russian Soch Olymic Games in 2013.

6. Provided 40 units building containers for JR Central Shopping Mall in Japan in 2014.

7. Provided 31 units buidling containers for Japan Rakuten Eagles Baseball Stadium in 2014.

8. Took part in the Korea Seoul City Shopping Center design plan and provided 58 units building containers in 2016.

9. Provided about 100 units hotel villa containers in 2018.
